Tractor Driver / Farm Laborer

Workers will be required to operate faring equipment to plant and harvest soybeans and sugarcane, clean and perform minor repair and mainteance to farm equipment and vehicles, shovel work, drainage, field santiation duties, keep shop areas, house and yard areas free of debris, etc. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide by all safety and work rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
