Duties may include: Duties may include: Gather and remove litter. Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes. Use powered equipment, such as mowers, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers & other related Landscape activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed). Optional, shared furnished housing available to the worker (including: Basic Utilities, Wi-Fi, Laundry) at a monthly housing rate up to $250; if optional housing is agreed upon by the worker, monthly housing rate is to be paid directly to the landlord each month.
