General young plant production duties: sticking of DS Cole Growers plant cuttings, tissue culture into trays for rooting, sowing of DS Cole Growers seeds into pots, organizing of trays on benches within greenhouse, positioning of benches into identified greenhouse space for propagation and final shipping locations, watering/fixing of plants prior to pull to include weeding, scouting of pests, and virus, initial quality check of trays. Moving, sorting, pulling and boxing products. Workers may operate farm equipment, including but not limited to farm vehicles. 1 months experience in farming, greenhouse, and general agriculture required.
