Farmworker / Laborer

Job Duties:Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, transplant, trim, spray, maintain, and hand harvest to quality standards vegetable and fruit crops; prepare fields/soil for planting; maintain equipment, fields, and farm property; assemble, disassemble, operate and repair irrigation equipment; general greenhouse tasks including cleaning, seeding, moving plants, and watering; assemble bins/containers; load/unload crops; drive and operate tractor, forklift, and other farm equipment to perform farm tasks; drive employer provided vehicle to and from the worksite and to other locations; transport employers crops to market and storage locations with all locations allowing workers to reasonably return within same workday; grade, sort and pack produce to customer standards; maintain a clean packing area; Pay will be hourly.
