Farmworker / Laborer

Job requires worker to complete tasks in in general farm labor, general farm labor for green beans, packing of green beans, and vineyard maintenance. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: packing house set-up and preparation for Employer produce only; assemble 1-bushel wooden crates, plastic bins, reusable plastic containers, and other green bean containers; pack green beans to quality standards; clean trailers, packing house, farm buildings, containers, and equipment; drive and operate a forklift, tractor, or other farm vehicle as directed on farm property only; hoe or pull weeds; general maintenance and repairs of packing house and farm equipment and facilities; and vineyard maintenance tasks, including training new vines, putting vine protectors onto plants, trimming, removing suckers, thinning, and general repairs of posts and wire. Pay will be hourly.
