Temporary seasonal workers needed for the following job duties: crawfishing in boats, catching crawfish, performing crawfishing duties in fields; crawfish harvesting; running crawfish ponds; cutting bait; setting out/picking up traps; transporting crawfish; maintenance of irrigation levees, fence rows, crawfish boats and water control structures. Following crawfish season, work in rice fields, including harvesting in the fall.
