Nelson Land Service is locally owned and managed. We opened our doors in the Spring of 2001 and haven’t looked back since. Scott Nelson (owner) is on site at all jobsites to oversee the projects development. The Average tenure of our crew leaders is 7 year and all crew leader speak English. Each employee is certified, trained and uniformed.

We use premium topsoil provided in house by Nelson Land, which is the largest maintenance division at Lake of the Ozarks.

We do not undercut the competition to get the job and the change the price when all is said and done. It is standard practice for us that The Quoted price is the final price. No add on charges unless approved by the client in writing.
