The JAM Spread is a row crop farming operation in Sumter County, Georgia owned and operated by the McNeill family. We have farmed this land since 1853. The first generation of the family in this area traded their horses and saddles to the Creek Indians for farmland in what is now known as the New Era community. Over the past century and a half, we have grown and raised corn, cotton, peanuts, vegetables, wheat, cattle, hogs, horses, and lots of kids! Our focus today is peanuts, corn, and vegetables.
