Eastern Sod Farms started in Church Hill Maryland in 2000. There we grew 200 acres and shipped mostly to Delaware and the Western Shore of Maryland. As the economy shifted, the owner saw an opportunity to secure land closer to home in Delaware. This shift has led to a thriving sod market, allowing the owner to secure 2 tracts of land while looking to add another.
