Job duties include the operation of farm equipment to plant, spray, and harvest crops. Employees must be able to operate tractors, combine, 4-wheelers, spray coup, backhoe, and trucks. Duties also include working with irrigation pivots as well as laying polypipe for irrigation. Employees will perform mechanical repair, maintenance on equipment that breaks down and engines, as well as welding anything that breaks. The job also includes loading seed hoppers as needed. Duties pertaining to caring for livestock such as daily feeding, changing pens, and loading the livestock onto transport trailers will also be required. Must have or be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire and have 3 months of experience. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
