Misho’s Oysters is an oyster wholesaling company based out of the Texas Gulf Coast area that supplies local and out of state retailers and restaurants.

What do we do with our oyster shells? Well we put them back in the bay of course! Putting cultch material such as shells or rocks back on harvested reefs give the baby oyster spats great substrate to stick on to! And this my friends is how the oyster industry has been sustainable for over 100 years!
