Job Duties: Perform day-to-day and preventive maintenance and repairs to hotel and motel commercial facilities. Duties include fixing and maintaining tools, machines, equipment, and building structure in repair, performing basic plumbing , and basic electrical and mechanical repairs.

Special Requirements: Schedule: Monday through Sunday (schedule varies). Shifts: 7am-2pm, five rotating days. Employer will offer at least (no less than) 35 hours per week.
