Cook

Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in fine dining restaurants. May order supplies, keep records and accounts, keep inventory, clean and maintain kitchen and work environment to health code standards. May assit with unloading food and stocking kitchen. Each cook will receive 2 consecutive days off each week, work is M-Sat, kitchen is only open Tues – Sat. Shift is 1 PM to 10 PM at the latest but may vary. Mon are for kitchen cleaning and prep from 1-4 PM. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Free optional housing if available. Free staff meal at least 1x per shift, possibly additional meals depending on shift/day. 30 min staff lunch each shift around 4:30. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. . 6 Months cook Experience Required. 0 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
