Established in 1982Dr. Vegetable was incorporated in 1995 in the State of Indiana. Before that time it was known as Fried Vegetable Concessions which emerged in 1982 when the founder, Richard Busse, built his first fried vegetable trailer. Mr. Busse had been in the concession business since 1969 when he began working for Hollmann Specialty Company selling Hot-Dogs-on-Stick. He purchased two of the Hollmann corn dog trailers in 1974 and operated as Road Dog, Inc. until adding the fried vegetables in 1982. In 2003 Dr. Vegetable merged with Sweeties Concessions and has expanded rapidly and in 2008, Dr. Vegetable purchased Ears by George.

Our GoalDr. Vegetable Inc. is a mobile concession business committed to over 40 years of service offering a variety of food products at fairs and festivals across America. Our primary focus is on selling Fresh Fried Vegetables along with other tasty treats.
