H2Job Board is not responsible for any commitments made between you and a potential employer.
2. Platform Disclaimer
   H2Job Board is a facilitation platform that allows Candidates to apply for jobs with U.S. employers in the process of being certified under the H-2A & H-2B visa program. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we participate in the hiring process. All job offers and conditions of employment are governed by the employers, in accordance with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.
3. No Recruitment Fees
   According to U.S. Department of Labor guidelines, no recruiter or employer is allowed to charge a fee to H-2A or H-2B workers for job placement. Be aware of scams that may attempt to solicit money in exchange for employment opportunities. It is illegal for recruiters or employers to charge you for placement services under either the H-2A or the H-2B program​.
4. Job Application Process
   The Candidate is responsible for applying for job opportunities directly via h2jobboard.com or through the official government site https://seasonaljobs.dol.gov. Employers may take weeks or months to respond due to the nature of the visa and labor certification process.
5. Data Use and Privacy
   While H2JobBoard takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, by submitting your application, you understand that your information is shared with third-party employers and recruiters for the purpose of job matching. We do not share or sell your data to unauthorized third parties.
6. Liability
   H2 Job Board is not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the outcome of applications, or any damages resulting from interactions between Candidates and Employers. All employment-related matters, including wages, benefits, and working conditions, are the responsibility of the employer and are subject to the applicable labor laws under the H-2A & H-2B programs.
