***RFI Response*** “Training of New Team Members”: The individual in this role will “assist with the training of new team members” as directed by the Supervisor and Foreman for the purpose of orienting new team members daily operations and upkeep of lift areas. This will be only for initial orientation and will not be for a supervisory purpose. “Assist with Snow Removal and Sanding…” The individual in this role will use hand/manual equipment such as a shovel or broom to remove and clear snow from the ski lift areas, areas leading to the lifts and surrounding areas to allow guests and patrons to safely arrive to the ski lift. Snow will only be removed in the internal areas of the worksite such as sidewalks and parking areas. No snow removal will occur on public roads or walkways/areas outside of the worksite property. “Maintain Department Areas and General Grounds and Facilities”: Similar to snow removal and sanding the individual in this role will be required maintain the department areas which surround the lift areas to ensure the area is safe for guest and patrons. These duties will include: shoveling and raking snow, fixing mazes and corrals, clearing nearby steps, raising/lowering flags, emptying trash and recycle containers, updating informational signage for guest needs. The individual in this role will not operate a motor vehicle to remove snow, apply sand or maintain the department. This role is not intended to operate a vehicle. • Shovel and rake snow, chop ice on a regular basis to maintain proper ramps, corrals, loading areas, and work areas • Assist with shoveling for snow removal and sanding in parking areas, walkways and lift areas. • Assist as directed by Supervisor and Foreman with the training of new team members on daily operations and general upkeep of lift areas. • Maintain department areas, including general grounds and facilities maintenance and upkeep such as shoveling and raking snow, fixing mazes and corrals, clearing nearby steps, raising /lowering flags, emptying trash and recycle containers, updating informational signage for guest needs. ***Original F.a.2*** • Prepare ski lifts for guest use, perform customer service related duties • Complete on-going department training in order to be well prepared to react to issues • Perform inspections of ski lifts, RFID equipment, and lift areas for daily operation • Operate ski lift in accordance with standard procedures and written or verbal instructions to provide safe uphill transportation for guests and employees • Shovel and rake snow, chop ice on a regular basis to maintain proper ramps, corrals, loading areas, and work areas • Assist with snow removal and sanding in parking areas and walkways • Direct guest vehicles, set up/take down parking lanes • Help to keep parking areas free from litter and trash • Communicate concerns and issues to supervisors, lift mechanics, and shuttle drivers • May assist with the training of new team members • Maintain department areas, including general grounds and facilities maintenance and upkeep as needed • Advise and assist guests as needed in a courteous manner

Experience Required:  Yes
Months of Experience Required:  3
Special Requirements:  3 months prior experience at hotel, resort, ski facility, private club amusement, water or theme park. Basic English speaking and reading skills.
Number of Hours Per Week:  35
Work Schedule (Start/End time):  7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
