Job Duties: Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Wash pots or pans by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Stock supplies, such as food, refrigerators, or storage areas. Complete opening and closing checklist. Maintain adequate levels of clean ware for stove and kitchen. Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster. Handle ware carefully to prevent breakage and loss. Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

Experience Required: No
Special Requirements: Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Be able to work in a fast paced kitchen environment. Be able to work in hot, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. OT and weekends required. Workers will work 40 hours per week. Saturday thru Friday .The schedule may vary but will fall between 7:00AM TO 3:30PM OR 3:30PM TO 11:30PM.
