Server / Bartender

Duties may include: Take orders from patrons and answer questions about menu items. Enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff, prepare itemized checks for patrons and collect payment. Check identification to ensure patrons meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Serve food and/or beverages to patrons. Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, cold dishes, portioning desserts, garnishes, drink mixes, and brewing coffee. Refill service areas and prepare tables with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, linens, salt/pepper, cream/sugar, and condiments. Clean tables or counters by removing dishware, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, checking and/or cleaning bathroom & other related Server/Bartender activities as per SOC/OES 35-3031 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
