Responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Servers may occasionally perform host or hostess duties such as answering phones to take reservations or to-go orders, greeting and seating guests and presenting menus. Rate of Pay: Pay rate varies by Outlet: $8.98 hourly rate + service charge and/or tips. Employer guarantees hourly rate of pay will not fall below prevailing wage at $17.26/hour. O/T available paid at $25.89/hour, unless exempt from O/T under Section 7(i) of the FLSA. Employees are eligible to participate in a recognition program and may receive additional compensation, if recognized.
