Places oysters on tables and removes meats from the shells. Washes, sorts and places oyster meats into containers for consumption. Cleans and sanitizes shucking stations as required by food-safety rules. Disposes of oyster shells in the designated areas. Work is supervised. Employer provides 2 weeks on the job training. ***SEE ATTACHED ADDENDUM
Experience Required: No
Special Requirements: Lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Employer paid drug test is Post-Employment Random. Production standard is 80 pounds every 8 hours of quality (unblemished) shucked meat after 2 weeks on the job training. No infectious diseases; seafood allergies may be fatal.
