Line Cook

Line Cooks who will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Line Cooks will perform work station cleaning duties, including washing dishes and items used in food preparation. Line Cooks will also help to maintain the outdoor service areas, loading docks, building entrances and garbage disposal areas by removing snow and spreading sand/grit. Special Requirements:  The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of culinary experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club environment. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment COVID-19 test, complete a quarantine period, and/or demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination if required under state, federal, or company guidelines at the time of hire.
