Prepare dishes and menu items, following established procedures, inventory systems and processes to ensure compliance with food handling guidelines, maintain a neat and clean line and work station, assist with opening/closing duties, including setting up stations, washing dishes and all cooking materials, and sorting and removing trash.

Special Requirements: Requirements: Current food handlers permit or the ability to get it within 30 days of hire. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and climb stairs throughout shift. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Monday through Sunday (schedule varies). Work schedule can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Shift examples: 6:00am 1:00pm, 11:00am 6:00pm, or 2:00pm 9:00pm (shift hours may vary).
