Ensure the guest accommodations are clean. Monitor and report the quantity and quality of performance as per the company housekeeping standards. Visually inspects rooms/units. Maintain multiple accommodation rental units in a clean and orderly manner. Clean guest room accommodations, in-room kitchens, halls, and all public area spaces; remove, sort, fold, separate, carry and replace linens; run sheets through ironer and towels through towel folder; make beds; replenish supplies, set up guest room furniture, pictures, and amenities according to company standards; dust, mop, vacuum, extract/shampoo carpets, clean bathrooms, clean/polish mirrors and windows, dispose of refuse. Non-supervisor role. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Open 7 days per week. Shifts vary: 8am-4:30pm. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy, weather, and events. Must be able to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

- No minimum education or experience required. Post-employment criminal background check and post employment drug-testing required, cost paid by employer. Applicants must complete an employment application. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must follow pandemic policy and guidelines which may include daily health assessment and temperature check. The post-employment criminal background check and drug test do not favor either U.S. or H-2B workers, they are conducted on an equal basis for all employees.
