Job Duties:  ***RFI Response*** “May also be assigned to work in laundry facilities, specifically: Transporting terry, linen and towels from bins to machines; Folding terry, linen and towels while maintaining clean and organized workspace; and Spotting stains, tears and damaged terry products” ***Original F.a.2*** Min. 35 hrs/week. Shift: 8:30am-4:30pm, up to 5 hours overtime possibly available each week (5 rotating days including weekends). May be assigned to multiple worksites within Monroe County/Key West. Duties: Clean guest rooms and public areas as assigned, ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness. May also be assigned to work in laundry facilities. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Other related housekeeping duties as needed. No education or experience required. Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting and lifting up to 50 lbs. Remain standing and in mobile position for up to 8 hours shift. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check required.
