Golf Course Groundskeeper

Mowing of greens, fairways using ride on mowers, green cutters, use of hedge trimmers, weedwackers, planting of shrubs/flowers. Blowing off of walkways, greens, sidewalks. Requirements Three months experience needed, No education or drivers license needed Hours & Wages 40 hours per week, 6am-3pm, Days vary Monday-Sunday Wage is 18.00-20.00 per hour & 27.00-30.00 per hour overtime depending on performance.. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid bi-weekly on Friday. Shift meals provided. Optional housing is available for 100.0/week to be deducted at 200.00 bi- weekly from pay check. A $10.00 deposit will be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck Additional Benefits/Terms & Conditions: If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement of these inbound transportation costs will be made by way of a company check payable to the worker upon the completion of 50 percent of the employment period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 6 or 12-week period of employment period. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker (excluding passport fees). Offer to US workers same as H2B workers.
