Front of House Managers will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the dining room according to Sun Valley Resorts standards to ensure a pleasurable dining experience for all guests, training and managing staff, scheduling staff according to projected skier visits, reservations, and hotel occupancy, assisting with all service in the restaurant, and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Front of House Managers may be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. May supervise up to thirty (30) Servers, Bussers, Runners, and/or Hosts. Job Requirements
- Experience Required: Yes
- Months of Experience Required: 12
- Special Requirements: The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of management experience in a fine-dining environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
- Number of Hours Per Week: 40
- Work Schedule (Start/End time): 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.
