Front Desk Agent

Job Duties:  Front Desk Agents will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival to access their file on the computer, checking guests into either hotel rooms or condominiums in a pleasant, positive way to ensure that their experience at Jay Peak is a positive one. Front Desk Agents will also be responsible for answering phones, assisting guests with resort amenities and assisting/resolving guest issues. Please see job description for additional information.
