Operate various equipment for packaging of prepared food items, including equipment for filling, wrapping, sealing, labelling, and code and date stamping. Ensure correct product weights according to written specifications. Assist with equipment and set up and tear down depending on daily production schedule. Keep production line supplied with raw materials, such as noodles, peppers, sauce, pans, etc. Accurately tally ingredients and supplies that are brought to the line. Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures. Additional information regarding F.a.5. and 6 below: Specific hours of work will vary depending on production volume. Typical hours are 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, 3 pm to 12:30 am, or 11 pm to 7 am. Typical work week is Monday through Friday. Saturday work required when necessary due to production volumes.
