F&b Attendant

Job Duties:  Take guest food and beverage orders, record order through Point of Sale computer, retrieve all beverage items from bar and serve to guest in restaurant or via in room dining service. Expedite order for delivery and presentation to guest, includes garnishing and/or adding condiments or necessities to complete order as needed. Serve water, butter, bread and coffee to patrons. Serve all food courses and beverages to guest. Offer and prepare all varieties of coffee including cappuccino, espresso. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and service areas. Clear each course. Present guest checks and process payments. Complete opening and closing side duties. Complete all closing reports via POS as assigned. Other related duties as assigned.
