Special Requirements:  Fieldwork begins at assigned time shortly after daylight. Work may be performed during light rain and in high humidity and in temperatures ranging from 110 degrees to 20 degrees F. Able to work in hot, cold, and/or humid weather, bending or stooping to reach ground level crops and able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Workers must be physically able to lift between 50 and 75 lbs occasionally and up to 50 lbs frequently. Workers should report to work in their own suitable clothing. Workers are subject to drug testing at no cost to the worker after they are hired. 3 months experience in planting, cultivating and hand picking, and packing sweet potatoes and onions.

Number of Hours Per Week:  40
