Dining Room Manager

Dining Room Managers will be responsible for performing various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparation and payroll, resolving customer complaints regarding food service, compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift, train workers in service, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and participate in dining area cleaning activities. May supervise up to fourteen (14) servers, back servers, food runners and expeditors. Please see job description for additional information.
