Job Title: Seasonal H2B Extension Workers (Snow Removal & Light Construction)

Responsibilities:

Perform snow removal tasks, including shoveling, plowing, and de-icing, as needed and on an on-call basis.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.
Be flexible with work hours, as the schedule may vary depending on the timing and severity of snowstorms.
Provide your own housing during the employment period.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the work site.
Willingness to be on-call at all hours during snow events and emergencies.
Experience in snow removal is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to engage in light construction activities.
Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
