Brush Clearer Utility Right of Way

Worker will use backpack sprayers and hand tools to apply herbicide to control or clear vegetation from utility rights of way, rangelands, wildlife areas, roadsides, industrial sites, and other areas carrying up to 35 lbs of equipment while walking up to ten miles a day on rough terrain often in adverse weather conditions (hot weather, poisonous plants, insects, and snakes). Worker must be able to apply 20 gallons of spray mix in an eight hour period after three weeks of training Work will be done on tracts of land varying in size from less than an acre to 1,000’s of acres Duties will be performed in areas as determined by an itinerary in accordance with Forestry Rules [Gal I-97] [FR Doc.
