About the Company

The GREENSTED regenerative project, located in Zumbrota, Minn and owned by Dean and Jayne Bredlau,  is a full-scale microgreens business, market garden and farm store. We started with microgreens in 2017, sold primarily through farmers markets in 2018, expanded to wholesale distribution in 2019 to present. We recently moved to a larger facility for microgreens production. Our focus is sustainable practices (here tomorrow), regenerative strategies (better tomorrow) with a keen sense of being part of the larger community of people looking for clean foods, locally sourced (connect).
