Paul Maurer has personally been in the carnival and amusement business now for over 45 years and still going strong! In 1971 as a solo game operator, he got started with playing numerous fairs and festivals throughout the West, Mid-West and Central United States. During that time frame, formerly known as (Paul Maurer Concessions) was known as one of the largest game concessionaire / operators in California. In 1984, wanting to fulfill a lifelong dream, Paul took the “big step” and purchased his first amusement ride and then soon thereafter formed what is now known as “Paul Maurer Shows.” Today, Paul Maurer Shows can now compliment a full size carnival with over 35 amusement rides, fun games and cotton candy food concessions.
