About the Company

Our story is one of humble beginnings and humbling success. Back in 1973, Alan Grindstaff spent a night cleaning carpets and waxing floors. He quickly distinguished himself with his high standards of cleanliness, his integrity, and his drive.

After years of hard work, and while working his way through business school, Alan was awarded the first housekeeping services contract with the Wyndham Fairfield Glade in Crossville, Tennessee. MasterCorp was born.

In 1986, the company began to expand into other states and within 10 years served resorts from Florida to New England, from Hilton Head to the west coast. Starting with little capital, but a wealth of desire to serve the industry, the company was literally built from the floor up, from cleaning a few carpets at a timeshare resort to serving millions of guests at resorts nationwide.

A leader in cleanliness since 1981, today MasterCorp is considered the most trusted name in hospitality services. We partner with premier resorts and developers nationwide and lead the industry, not only in size, but in innovation, performance, and customer satisfaction.

During our 40 years in the hospitality industry, we have developed proprietary cleaning processes, award-winning technology and expanded to become a turnkey cleaning company offering Housekeeping, Engineering, Floor care, Laundry, Staffing and Commercial Services.
