About the Company

Maples Shorthorns was established in 1989 by WB and Lori Maples just north of Copperas Cove, Texas. Starting with just seven head, the operation has grown to over 70 head of registered Shorthorn cows and bulls. Over the years our herd has produced many class winners and breed champions at each of the major shows. Maples Shorthorns is currently working in conjunction with the Open Top M Cattle Company, Thad and Heather Maples, to bring you quality cattle for the show ring or your own production herd.We at Maples Shorthorns would like to thank all of those who purchased show cattle from us and wish each of you the best of luck this show season!
