Prepare traps for crawfish harvest – put bait into the traps and drop them into the ponds from boats. Harvest crawfish by pulling traps out of the water and into the boat. Empty traps into sorters, sort crawfish by size and put into crawfish sacks. Re-bait traps and drop back into the pond. Load crawfish onto trucks for shipping.
