Duties may include: Caring for established lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, aerating, weeding, removing thatch, litter & debris. Trimming hedges & edges around walks & flower beds. Using hedge trimmers, clippers & edging tools. Pruning shrubs & trees to shape & improve growth. Spraying lawns, shrubs & trees to fertilize. Planting trees, shrubs, flowers & grass. Watering trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns during dry periods, using hose or activating sprinkler system & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.
