Chile Fanatic is a family owned business operated by Jesus and Andrea Soto. Although we have been involved in the wholesale sector of the chile ristras for some years now, we began retailing our chile products in 2005. Since then we have been increasing our product range to include green and red chile pods, chile ristras, chile powders, salsa, chile brittle, pinto beans, and home décor items such as ceramics, pottery, and kitchen ware. The majority of our products are those that would be ideally found in the Southwest, but we are not limited to that.

We proudly grow our chile products in Hatch, New Mexico~ the Chile Capital of the Word. They are of a high quality due to the personal care that they receive by our family. We carry the dry red chile pods and powder year round in various heats. The fresh green chile ranges from Mild to XXX-Hot but will only be found when in season, from the beginning of August through mid October; however, we carry frozen green chile year round.
