Who We Are:

Our apple processing plant is located in the center of upstate New York’s apple country. We have proudly been in the apple processing business for over 50 years and are dedicated to producing only the highest quality products. We know that can only come from our careful selection of the freshest fruits available. An enormous advantage for us and our customers is that most of the fruit required for the apple products we produce are either grown on our farm or provided to us from many local area growers. This advantage allows us to secure the raw product we need at the best possible price.

Here at Cahoon Farms, we process fresh and frozen IQF (individually quick frozen) apples. We have the capability to process several sizes of slices and dices to meet your company’s needs. A few of the apple varieties we process regularly are: Empire, Cortland, Golden Delicious, Rome, Granny Smith, Ida Red, Crispin, Gala, Greenings, Jonagold and Fuji. We have several other apple varieties available or we can mix varieties to satisfy your ratio requirements. Our finished product is of outstanding quality and fresh delicious flavor. Most all our apple varieties, fresh or frozen, are available year-round.
