Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by the supervisor. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Minimum of 3 months experience required. Must be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire. Duties may vary from time to time. Workers will be required to operate farm equipment such as Case IH tractors with attached implements for purposes of tillage and planting during the spring planting season. They will also be required to operate Case IH tractors and/or combines tractors with the necessary farm implements (i.e., grain cart) during the fall harvest season. Workers should possess knowledge of guidance systems and how to read data while equipment is underway. Workers will also be responsible for driving semi-trucks with hopper trailers for transporting grain to elevators, maneuvering grain cart attachments, as well as basic knowledge of farm implement maintenance.
