About the Company

Gary & Karen Jackson Farms is primarily located in Lea County (NM) with additional land in Gaines, Reeves, Pecos, and Culberson Counties (TX). The farm is currently owned and operated by Gary and Karen Jackson. Gary is a third generation farmer from Gorman, Texas, whose father (J.O. Jackson) initially brought the family to Gaines County, being one of the first to produce peanuts in the West Texas/Eastern New Mexico area. We now produce cotton, chiles, peanuts, rosemary, carrots, corn, watermelons, wheat, and rye.
